hi stacie!
that insurance scheme using a tracking device to verify whether you will use it between certain hours or base it on the number of miles and roads used, was piloted by Norwich Union and has not yet been released publically, to my knowledge!
I believe it is called PAY AS YOU DRIVE
Anyways, to save money on insurance:
Buy a 1.2Litre or below
Value of car under 2k
If you want to save money in the long run then pay heavy now and build up your no claims bonus so that by the time you can afford an expensive car insurance will be the least of your worries!
If you want to save money now, and expect to earn so much taht when you get a good car insurance will be affordable... then be the 2nd driver (not main) and possible use DIRECT LINE for this purpose!
Finally, try confused.com to search for the best quote for you!!!
Hope ive helped!
